Pay structure is well below its competitors, training, development, and benefits are all poor to non existent. Certain “engineering” managers don’t have an engineering qualification to their names, and the management overall is poor, too busy looking for their next move, rather than supporting their own team. I honestly think if the company started random drug testing it would loose half of the employees.
