Pros

Granted I've only been here a few months, but I can already tell that this is one of the best gigs I've ever had. You often hear "company culture" being thrown around these days, but it really is a focus at Switch. In fact, it's so highly valued that they've purposefully been cautious to grow the team in order to not loose that special groove they've built in the company. Some positives that stand out: - Really good team spirit - Work hard/play hard mentality - Virtually no hierarchy, absolutely no politics - Great incentives, transparent commission structure - Cool office (close to shops, full kitchen, dart board, epic stereo...) - Culture of Kaizen, open to anyone (constant improvements) Those are only a few of the things I personally really enjoy at Switch. Truly a great place to work!

Cons

There honestly aren't many downsides I can think of. Hard pressed, I think the company will need to make sure the current structures can keep up with the planned growth trajectory (admin, systems and processes, communications...). Failure to address that could result in a mess... but looking at the track record, I'm certain it'll be taken care of.

Pros

Culture is great and very collaborative. Everyone has a voice and all ideas and inputs are taken seriously. A good amount of trust and encouragement is given to staff to progressively succeed, grow and improve on everything that can be thought of for individuals, the company and our customers.

Cons

I can't think of any downsides. After working for Switch for a couple of years now and being very careful in my decision to join the company the staff and management have continuously shown a priority to put customers and staff first while successfully dodging the classic red tape and corporate pitfalls that a service provider or any company can suffer from at this size.
