Pros
I just celebrated my one year anniversary with Switchplace and I cannot believe it went by so quickly. We have so many wonderful clients that I interact with daily that the time just flew by. It is a joy to come to work each day and get to spend it with other team members that are also career path driven with a clear vision of Switchplace's Core Values and practice it daily. With the ever changing world we live in, Switchplace Leadership Team has developed on going training programs that are free to all employees and allows us to each achieve our own personal goals while being a part of a Dynamic Team!
Cons
The only con I can think of is that our Texas State Fair Day was cancelled this year due to the extreme volume of request this past summer that it was more important for us to stay focused on our Clients needs.
