      Pros

      Working with the residents is amazing and so fulfilling.

      Cons

      The pay is pathetic for what you are expected to do. Expect little to zero training outside of being thrown out your first day. Turnover is egregious. The culture is toxic and juvenile expect nothing but rumors and gossip.

      The mission itself can feel meaningful especially when you engage with residents. Field promotions...

      Cons

      Poor work life balance. Culture that discourages honest feedback. Leadership structure is rigid and a clique. Burnout is normalized Benefits and support do not match the demands of the job Field promotions since everyone you know will be fired or quit. You will get a promotion but the pay is peanuts compared to what the job entails no matter the role.
