Pros
You will meet and work with some amazing, hardworking, and interesting people. The work clubs themselves are beautifully designed and great to spend time in.
Cons
There's a high probability you'll be let go within 1-2 years if you accept a full time role here. My understanding is they've performed mass layoffs several times over the last few years, often immediately replacing the roles they've just let go. No vision or dental benefits. They'll push unlimited PTO and stock options as your main benefits upon hire, but there is a workaholic culture and you'll probably be let go before you ever see any money from stocks. They are growing at an unsustainable rate and overworking their employees as a result. There's a reason they don't publicly share their salaries on their job postings.
