Pros

Work from home Relative freedom from micromanagement If you thrive on customer interaction, this is a great role Swizznet has the most customer-focused tech desk I've ever been on. They don't talk about users as if they are a burden or every issue is a user-error. They treat every customer issue as important and as urgent as they would their own tickets. They expect all techs to do the same.

Cons

Sometimes the workload and expectations are heavier on some than others pay isn't super competitive and you sometimes feel undervalued and underappreciated. Is not for those who are moody, unfriendly, or don't like working from home
