Pros
A fun office, full of energy, with loads of people who become your friends. The hands on approach make you learn fast and keep you on your toes!
Cons
The lack of structure and processes are draining. Things go fast, but not necessarily for the right reasons. The low money doesn't help want to stay for very long, and don't be fooled - there are no benefits at the end.
