Pros
I really loved my time at SwoopTalent. It's a small company where employee input is the expectation and ideas are heard. This includes feedback on our product, processes, culture, you name it! I was always impressed at the investment and opportunities leadership made available for employee training (both for technical skills and personal development). We always had a lot of work today and there was always an opportunity to expand your skills into another "department" if you wanted to gain some knowledge or experience. Leadership has high expectations for quality for our work and in our interactions with both internal and external stakeholders, but they also expected that same level of commitment to quality from themselves.
Cons
Because the company still growing, it can be hard at times to fulfill shifting/expanding roles. That said, I feel like leadership/management was always open to support team members in shifting responsibilities or helping them adapt and grow as desired. It's a global company so there are occasions for longer working days in order to meet with team members across the globe. This really was managed quite well overall!
