Swyftx is a fantastic place to work. But your technical skills probably won’t grow because the core of the platform is entirely tech debt.
Cons
The production environment is managed by one of the co founders and he doesn’t trust anyone. There’s also very little technical autonomy. Implementation is tightly controlled by that same co founder.
