      Pros

      Sycomp is one of if not the best company I have ever worked for. The education and travel opportunities aswell as professional experience you can gain are in my opinion unparalleled, if given the opportunity I would highly recommend.

      Cons

      Benefits package for Irish employees is about standard but could be better.

      Pros

      Great pay and benefits, education provided. Low turnover rate, many people worked here for 10+ years. Company will take care of it's engineering dept.

      Cons

      Aggressive deadlines, lots of work. Sales led company that can lead to sudden changes in workflow between cycles. You never know when the next rush will happen. Sometimes overpromising from higher ups means you work long hours for days. In between rush cycles there is usually enough time to study for certifications.
