      Pros

      Unlike big companies, the team is around 10-15 people, so you get to know everyone. Boss is very laid back and also a good mentor. Average benefits

      Cons

      Low salary - Entry level consultants will get 42k Not much to do overall, I haven't been put on any project for the past 4 months. If you get along with the employee great, if you don't literally no one to talk to. Not a lot of opportunity for growth.

      Small team in the U.S. Family feel. Small hierarchies, therefore massive growth opportunities. Responsibilities assigned to employees very quickly.

      Cons

      Initial training for juniors builds heavily on self-motivation.

      small company so there are better chances of growth. There are people at the top who are willing to hear but you cant take everything to them.
