Pros

A unique technology. I really love it!

Cons

Do not ever try to do your best for the company! Nobody's gonna appreciate it. They absolutely do not care about new interesting ideas of their employees. All you can do is only what you're supposed to. Don't try to do more, nobody needs it. They don't care about personnel at all! After four years i spent in this company, after everything i had done for them (believe me i had done A LOT), they just kicked me out. Without warning. They did not even let me take my personal files from the laptop. It can happen to each of you. So, think twice before applying to Symbotic.
