Pros

Phenomenal product with fantastic potential Convenient location, free parking Free soda and great coffee Not super stressful, allows for flex work schedule Decent comp for not having to drive into a City job Financially stable company? Decent working environment

Cons

Horrible lack of commitment and direction; leadership says one thing, does another... if anything at all. Makes you feel like you’re spinning wheels, wasting time, lost. Uninspiring leadership: don’t look here if you want career/professional development Hypocritical spending habits... wasting so much money on scrapped ideas, then riding you about spending on low-cost items that are actually necessary. Executive team a bunch “yes men” to CEO instead of having fortitude to stand up for their skills, even if it is inconsistent with CEO’s thinking...so scared to upset the billionaire. How do you layoff 150 people, then let your special “brain trust” millennial team hire?
