Thank you for the feedback. Previously, Symbotic was exceedingly focused on scaling. More recently, the focus of the company has shifted to delivering for current customers through consistent and reliable performance. This is partly aligned with the CEO transition you mention. This shift has required us to realign our resources and rethink our priorities to take us to the next stage . We are learning as we go and doing our best to improve for our customers—and each other. If you’re comfortable, I encourage you to bring up any specific suggestions you have with your manager or reach out to anyone on the leadership team directly.
