Pros

The hardware groups, including electrical, mechanical, and firmware, are well managed and have leaders that understand the nature of the work. People do great work and they work well together.

Cons

The software group is a complete nightmare and management rules by threat and fear. There are many smart and wonderful engineers who will be worked to the bone and ultimately blamed for management failures.

We are appreciative that you also find our hardware group to be phenomenal. Our software team has been adding more collaborative meetings to be sure that they are listening to their engineers and cultivating both pivotal projects and innovative ideas. Our software teams have also be partaking in cross-team building via cross-team lunches. Please contact our HR and marketing team to let us know how we can continue to make our teams more collaborative at info@symbotic.com.
