I joined Symbotic in October 2014 as the new Human Resources Manager and am excited for the opportunity to make a difference by growing our HR function, including implementing a variety of programs and practices that will attract and retain our talent while continuing to move Symbotic into the future. At Symbotic, I enjoy working with talented professionals who are passionate about their work and take pride in what they do. Symbotic’s innovative technology, excellent benefits, employee appreciation events and recognition programs, challenging work and employee perks are just a few examples of what makes it a great place to work. The leadership team is engaged, committed to positioning the company for growth and success and recognizes that the company’s most valuable assets are its employees. Cons
The company is growing rapidly with many new hires. As a result, it needs to continue to find opportunities to develop and foster its corporate culture and to promote communication within the organization so that employees understand how everyone impacts and contributes to the company’s products and technology.
