Senior Leadership screws over workers that are below them - Systems Operator Symbotic Employee Review

Horrible Management, all over the place. Never know when things will be done. Lots of setback. Lots of stalemate. Screwed me over by blaming me for something I didn't even do. Never gave me an "investigation" and just fired me over something they have no evidence for. Pay is alright ,but will work you hard. Clearly underpaid. Will screw you over. If you take this position you will be blamed for things that you didn't even do. They won't even let you take leave or PTO because you always have to cover. So if I take a 1 week vacation. I have to work for one week 12 hour shifts. Very corrupt. Not enough workers.
