      Pros

      Great atmosphere and fun, energetic people. The company has come a long way in the almost 5 years I've been here. A lot of potential for growth with new customers and bigger, better systems for install. We seem to keep improving with each customer we get.

      Cons

      Would have preferred more individual employee recognition. It goes a long way. Would like to see some growth in the software tools used. It is important to keep up with new technology.
