A good place to experience and learn the corporate world of medical device manufacturing. They follow the minimum standard of the industry to keep their image. I meet some good and qualified people in the industry.

Frustrating organizational structure-- too many VP's and managers who are tied up to their desk with a six figure salary, no real job, and could not make a decision about the business. No clear directions. They just hang out and wait for problems to come up and make heroes of themselves then throw someone else under the bus or fire somebody as the ultimate measure to keep their image.
