Pros
1. Inverted org chart, the employees has a voice. Any input from an employee that either it's a concern or something that the company can improve will be discussed in a company-wide meeting. 2. Company-wide retros - for me this is very essential because this gauges what the current sentiment of the company and is addressed/discussed during said meeting. 3. BENEFITS - unlimited sick leave, monthly crypto bonus, monthly learning subsidy, monthly health and wellness subsidy. two week holiday by end of December 4. Company has an amazing culture. Company is full remote work and Symph does remote work correctly. Always maintaining good communication. 5. Provides trainings to improve developers and PMs alike. If you feel that you need a certain training and it can be justified, it would be easy to present it to the company and get it approved. 6. Transparent - Symph has been very transparent with it's growth and trajectory.
Cons
1. There is no leveling in Symph. If you're a person who needs some sort of level connected to your position, Symph is not for you. All are called Full Stack developers or Project Managers, no distinction amongst the positions, only the salaries.
