Pros
I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, it just buys whatever companies and mismanages them to the ground. I can only describe working there as constant horror and I am there only because I have no choice at the moment, (and the job market is in shambles to say lightly). This firm did real harm to me and reverted me light years. This harm makes people stay there. Anyone who can think, will suffer immensely at how every possible practice here is replaced by malpractice. It is straight out of CIAs sabotage field manual. There is no project management at all, which is actually unbelievable how bad it can be. The pressure on using AI is immense - without any info on how exactly (and while it is proven to do more damage). It is impossible to get any work done, simplest of the simplest tasks are excruciatingly time consuming due to how many obstacles you will encounter. You will need to invent a wheel every time. There is no real knowledge transfer anywhere, their knowledge bases are enormous labyrinth of disinformation at this point, and I do not believe anyone here knows what they are doing - everyone just pretends they are doing anything at this point. Every meeting now is all like real live AI slop. You will not be able to attach to any information that will allow you to do any decent work, and you will hate yourself for it. Any task you will take, you will not be able to finish. You will feel mentally handicapped and you in fact will decline cognitively more than you think. And I had successful career before this company fro many years. I wanted this to be stepping stone to learn more and improve. I cannot imagine what this job does to anyone that have no comparison or less experience. This is real torture, every day, do not come here.
