Pros

Good products, nice office and work colleagues.

Cons

Toxic environment, bad managers, Horrible HR, they are not about people or welfare of employees. They are focussed on presenting false impressions to management. Their managers are unqualified, unsupportive and threatened by success of their subordinates. If you thrive on innovation, this is not the place to be. The company does not reward hardwork or great ideas. Instead be prepared to walk on egg shells because this is an environment where people lie and defame other people names in order to get ahead. The managers lie to HR and HR does not clarify information with employees, instead use lies against the employees. There is a high staff turn over, management changes every 3 months. People are sacked so easily, your job is never secure with them. Very little training opportunities available, with lack of support for training by managers. All round toxic environment!

Pros

Decent products. People who work here care (but read below) True AI for the most part.

Cons

In the last several months, there’s been a lot of turnover. Very recently, the North American sales leader, the global PSO leader, and several key execs across services, product and support have all left. Many of the new execs didn't even stay for a year. There are RIFs what feels like every month for the last couple of years. Parts of the business are growing while the company is struggling with products and proper customer support. It’s honestly frustrating because this could be a good company. But there’s a lot of uncertainty at the top, and you can feel the lack of direction. Good, sharp people have come in to try and make a difference, but many of them seem to leave just as quickly, likely due to the chaos at the top. Based on that, I’d think twice before joining right now.
