Place is a joke - Assembler Symtech (Missouri) Employee Review

Pay is terrible. Training is non existant. Never worked in a place that existed on gossip and what the other guy is doing/getting paid/ect. The management team pays you on what they can get away with. When I started I made more than the longest tenured employee there. They take advantage of people if you don't stand up for yourself. Salesmen show up drunk and know nothing of how to work the machine.
