Pros
- I had a great experience with my direct managers - Met some really great people who I remain friends with - Learned a lot about HubSpot through having to take on a lot of the implementation work
Cons
- Leadership asked for feedback all the time but then never did anything with the feedback. It was difficult to be vulnerable and share constructive feedback to having nothing done to remedy it. - A lack of empathy or people skills from certain people in leadership - They always found a reason why you shouldn't move up in the company "just yet"
