Pros
Over my time at Synchro, I've worked in various roles and have had the freedom and support to shape what I do to suit my skills and interests. As an international company supporting a global community of users, there is ample opportunity to travel in the US and abroad if you're interested in that. Management has been very supportive of non-traditional work arrangements (e.g. remote work)
Cons
Being a small company, there aren't a lot of set protocols and standards so if you like structure, this may not be the place for you. Additionally, in a small company you often just have to figure things out for yourself - coworkers will help when they can, but there isn't always someone to tell you what to do or how to do it. Sometimes there are commitments to clients that require long days, late nights, and/or travel.
