Pros

The employees are incredibly dedicated, hardworking, and collaborative. There’s real talent within the team, and many people genuinely care about doing great work and supporting one another.

Cons

The CEO is the root of nearly all dysfunction within the company. Despite having a skilled team, the CEO consistently micromanages, reverses key decisions without explanation, and creates a chaotic, unstable work environment. Promises are frequently broken, leading to a complete lack of trust. The leadership style is reactive, disorganized, and undermines team morale. It’s clear that the only reason the company has survived is because of the loyalty and persistence of its employees—not because of any strategic leadership from the top.

Pros

Pros: Working as the IT Administrator at SynchroGrid has been a highly rewarding experience, especially for someone looking to grow quickly and take ownership of their role. The company provides a unique environment where IT is involved in a wide range of responsibilities—from endpoint management and security to supporting engineering workflows and evaluating new technologies. One of the biggest strengths is the team. Everyone is collaborative, approachable, and willing to help when needed. Communication across departments is strong, which makes troubleshooting and implementing solutions much smoother. The role itself offers a lot of variety. No two days are the same, and there are constant opportunities to learn and improve systems. Because the company is growing, there is also the chance to help shape processes, introduce new tools, and directly impact how IT supports the business. Leadership is open to feedback, especially when it comes to improving efficiency, security, and overall operations. If you take initiative, your ideas are heard and can be implemented.

Cons

As with many growing companies, processes are still being formalized, which can sometimes lead to ambiguity or the need to build solutions from scratch. This can be challenging at times but also presents an opportunity for growth and ownership.
