None, you can only work for it if you love being in a very false engineering company.
Cons
People don't know what they are doing, be careful to not leave them strategic project, it will most likely fail. Management is totally absent and incompetent. Projects end by doing mind-numbing admin tasks and other support activities totally irrelevant. Very bad French attitude toward the international and multicultural staff and even customers.
