You will work over 8 hours and some weekends to make up documentation time. Lucky if you get a half hour break. No other breaks. Extremely high turn over including two supervisors in one day. I see soooo many amazing clinicians leave. This is an extremely high stress job. During interview you will be told that stress is low, schedule will be low, you will have many breaks in-between clients. This is false. Your case load will become very overwhelming.
