Pros
Syncis is very flexible with my schedule. My full time work I do from home and they work around my availability, so I am able to make extra income without changing my schedule! Very friendly environment and everyone helps me with my business. I wouldn't be able to do this alone and I never had a backround in the financial industry. I was formally a director at a preschool in the San Fernando Valley, so being able to start here has been an amazing experience!
Cons
There are other companies in the financial industry that have done wrong by people, whether it was putting plans in place that were not the best for families or having personal trust be broken. It now makes things more difficult when working with a client who has a bad taste in their mouth about financial services groups.
