Pros
You can be part time/flex time and be a business owner. I have my own schedule every day and I make more money then when I use to when I was an employee for 26 years within the aviation field. I was able to help myself with my own financial planning and have helped so many of my family and friends take care of their future. I like the team work and all of the knowledge I've learned from all the management. I can say I now have mentors that I respect dearly. Syncis has a mission of putting people's needs first and educating people on how money works. I use to think that the financial industry was something I would never be interested in or too hard to get started and now I am a field director with the company, which is an amazing accomplishment for me and one step closer to gaining financial freedom for myself.
Cons
There is no ceiling to the potential growth you can have in Syncis, but you have to work hard for it. This is a business and sometimes people come in expecting an hourly job, which it is not. You are an independent agent, you decide how many hours you want to invest in this business and you also get what you put in.
