The people that are nice are wonderful ! All the bosses managers people in the office and workers ! Are wonderful

Some of the people in there are rude.

They make and sell interesting products. Many nice people work there and have a genuine passion for the company.

Family owned and lead. Shareholders are way too involved in daily activities. Toxic leadership and very poor communication across the company. Leadership cannot focus on the very goals they themselves set and keep changing their minds. Unrealistic expectations and timelines. Total lack of respect from owners and upper management. Would rather burnout entire teams than hire for projected growth. HR department is extraordinarily unprofessional and unhelpful. Stay away.
