      Company is very responsive to their employees needs. Salary and raises negotiated on your behalf with clients. All online - no bricks-and-mortar offices.

      Cons

      There are no paid holidays but some folks would be OK with this as it lets the employee maximize his/her compensation vs time off.

      Pros

      Management and account execs truly care about understanding the client's critical business issues and sourcing the right talent for the particular position. Integrity is a large part of the business model and is always at the forefront of all client interactions.

      Cons

      Technical staffing is a very competitive business and you will often find yourself competing with larger firms that may have access to larger talent pools and/or prefer to work directly with internal staffing resources rather than outsourcing. You will need to be creative in finding the best approach to work with a prospective client.
