Pros
We are very deliberate about creating a culture of transparency and learning. There is very much a learn by doing approach here. The values are also strongly ingrained in how the company operates, which seems to be rare for companies of this size (having a compass to navigate by is great). Lastly, the Syndio tool creates more effective leaders/ businesses while enhancing the employee experience; leadership lives and breathes making our company a model for how we want to help our customers.
Cons
Not really a con because it's what you sign up for, but be prepared to bust it. You need to be independent and willing to work hard while this company takes off. No, that doesn't necessarily mean working crazy hours. It means taking initiative and being smart about how you can be most effective.
