Pros
During my last job search, I was diligent to find a company culture that complimented my lifestyle. I felt confident after the interview process that if I recieved an offer letter, SSI would offer a space to learn, grow, and thrive as a professional. After being with the company for one year, I have absolulty no complaints. Not only am I challenged in my current position, I am also able to work with other departments that I may have orginally overlooked. The managers take the time to get to know you and expand upon your current capablities, all while developing personal action plans to further develop areas that may be lacking. SSI also takes an active approach to engaging with the community and veterans. It is rewarding to be a part of a company that believes in the power of helping one another; I'm incredibly proud to be a member of this team.
Cons
The only con I can think of is the coffee is inconsistent (but this isn't really a true con because the coffee is also free!)
