      Pros

      You might get to work in few latest technologies other than that there is no feel good with this company. Entry level and Junior developers might be comfortable at this place.

      Cons

      Unprofessional and arrogant young management team. These techie but ruthless management leaders always work in a closed room and never bother listening to you. Your ideas and opinions will be disregarded no matter what. I recommend Senior level professionals to stay away from this company.

We strive to provide a positive and comfortable work environment for all our employees. Regarding your comment for "not much room for career growth;" we couldn't disagree more! Our software developers are typically hired out of college as Junior Software Developers, and placed on a career track to eventually become Senior Software Developers or even Software Developer Managers. With the increase in title comes an increase in pay. Always feel free to talk to your manager if there is a direction that you'd like to go that we're not quite hitting. :)

      Pros

      I love working for Synegen. They treat their employees like gold: relaxed environment, excellent work-life balance, approachable management team, monthly team-building lunches and activities. The health insurance coverage is by far the best out there. Company stays current with the latest technologies.

      Cons

      It's really hard to find a negative. One thing is there are no hard fast rules or protocol on how to move up in the company, however, this may stem from, as another reviewer posted, the company growing so fast.
