Pros
A few years ago, management was less good. But in recent years, Synertrade have changed its management and has improved greatly to become a rewarding workplace. Great colleagues and a warm friendly work atmosphere through out the whole organisation.
Cons
Lower organisation levels could probably have more mandate for decision making. Other than that, can't think of any other obvious cons.
