Theres a nice coffee machine in the office

If you are in construction: Be prepared to take up roles that dont pertain to you. Bonuses will literally make you laugh out loud. Estimating department is run by the true owners son who is 28 years old; as a result, you will be working with a sloppy, non feasible budget which ultimately will affect your bonus. Be prepared to be micromanaged more than you ever have been before. Be prepared to have time wasting meetings about meetings. Be prepared to travel for outrageous reasons. If someone on your team quits, congratulations; their job duties are now yours. Be prepared to ABSOLUTELY deceive your clients any time you create a Change Order- Synergi has been black listed by a multitude of GC's because of this- if you have any morals (any at all), stray away.

Bonus structure set up so that most of the company doesn't see a bonus no matter how hard they work and how much the company makes on a particular project.
