      Poor senior management, talent is lost due to no overview or understanding of staff potential. Salaries are poor in comparison to other parts of industry. People are promoted because their face fits, jobs are created because they can. Some senior Managers are in positions of power without or with little man management experience and they don’t demonstrate the company values.

Company takes pride in fostering an exceptional company culture and great benefits. Overall a great company!
