Pros
Hardly any, the staff are nice to work with but the stress of the job was ridiculous. The staff turnover is huge, just check out the recruitment requests on this site. The positive feedbacks are probably a PR spin as everyone in the company is stressed out. The company is expanding but they are allocating extra staff to enhance this.
Cons
Intimidating phone calls to a to a staff member off sick with pregnancy related issues! Having to go in early, work through lunch and stay late just to get your normal days work done with no recognition or incentive to pay you, senior management who should be based in Head Office, continues to stay at local site despite staff requests to Head Management that they are not a trouble shooter but a trouble maker who needs to not interfere and cause problems which are not there.
