      Pros

      The team was great and supportive, amazing people. Also patient with new joiners.

      Cons

      The schdule is changed constantly. Salaries are embarrassingly low, and when you confront them with it, ''they can't do anything about it'' or ''we will figure something out soon, just be patient'' and nothing happens.
