A high-performance culture is only valuable if people feel respected and supported through the pressure. If your experience fell short of that, that’s on us to reflect on seriously.
We are a small, fast-moving team working on genuinely hard problems. That creates intensity. But intensity is not an excuse for communication that feels demeaning or unsupported.
