Pros
Steady work. The other employees are friendly.
Cons
I have a friend who still works there. She's going on almost a decade of being there. She has been in the industry for 20+ years, has a degree in her department and runs pretty much everything there. She's basically the go-to person whenever, no matter what. She makes significantly less than the male employees in the department. When the yearly bonuses are divvied up she's always in the lowest bracket regardless of the fact that her metrics are always at the top of the board, her work ethic being second to none and her seniority at the company. She is consistently talked down to by callers because of her status as a female in a male dominated department. Her manager is also a female but treats the 2 female employees under her like trash. The previous female manager did this as well. All in all a really disheartening place to work if you're a woman and not in the "boys club"...
