      You will be given all the work you can handle. Best place to learn how to engineer quickly under strict deadlines. Will learn design for manufacturing very quickly, make a lot of mistakes and learn fast.

      Cons

      Unreasonable expectations depending on what team you are on. you have a lot of responsibilities as an engineer. You own everything you do, including your mistakes. Don't expect congratulations.

      People working there were great

      Cons

      Management was absolutely horrible. Management would look you in the face and lie about salary of other employees when you asked to have the same wage as someone doing the same job as you.
