Horrible Company - Customer Service Representative (CSR) Synsor Employee Review

I enjoyed the work environment

Company was sold and acquired by another company out of state

Easy work. They think they're making rocket ships it's just furniture. Engineering is straight forward. ERP is is easy to learn

It's a cult like culture Management is clueless. They're stuck in the 60s. Shop floor is a complete mess. By the interview you would think you're working for NASA. Most of the office employees have no business training. HR takes her job way to seriously . You really need to be careful with what you say and how you say it. Everyone is very sensitive . The work is really easy but you have 4 people doing the job of 1 person. It's by far the most poorly run company I've ever worked for. Salary is a joke. They try to hire project managers for pennies This place is really strange.
