- Yes, people were laid off for reasons mentioned in other reviews. However, from what I understand, a large percentage of those employees were given ~6 months' notice. I've never heard of a company giving that much notice to employees and think it's really admirable. They knew which direction they wanted to go and were honest with their employees.
- The "business/customer is always right" doesn't create a positive culture when it's between coworkers.
- Goals should have been omitted or extended for all employees in 2020 because of the pandemic. No one needed more stress on top of a pandemic and the transition from KH to SPS.
- Work/life balance was seemingly impossible during the migration earlier this year. However, they made up for it with comp days off (which they didn't have to do, but my brain desperately needed). And, improvements have been made. Hopefully this will be maintained.
