1) in the interview and offer letter they are promising you to give basic sallary and allowance without any targets or condition but on the sallary date they will say your sallary is not gonna paid becouse you didn't complete your Target 2) syntiaro company doesn't know how to treat employees 3) syntiaro is a parent company, under the syntiaro they run a UBSbills name company 4) even though UBSBILL doesn't have enough money to fulfill employees salary 5) even the company doesn't have money to pay employees traveling allowance 6) it is like a scam to complete a company's work without paying a salary

Good working culture and all teams are very supportive
