Fairly decent as a start up but lots to improve - Anonymous employee Syren Employee Review

The directors/senior managers have a lot of discretion and no accountability which makes them feel too powerful. This makes them abusive, sometimes downright toxic and quite unbearable. Some times no direction is provided and if it works, it works. Or else all the blame is put on the person assigned the work. The culture could use work. Retaliation policy does not work much - if they find out you're raised an issue, you are scolded during meetings. You feel like a school going toddler.
