Pros

Great company to work for. The team is really committed to building world class technology that integrates with the largest public clouds. (i.e. Google Apps, Office 365, Salesforce). Work life balance is great. You will be asked to work hard but the management offers great flexibility.

Cons

There are opportunities outside of the United States making it difficult to keep to a calendar.
