I get good stuff to work.
Cons
There many cons here but just mentioning very few. 1) I work resolved many problems, critical issues especially they are of someone else which delays my own work but here no one notices this .The so called responsible people mention only their work and show as if the issues that I have resolved were never existed means in short its shown that I do a monotonous task and still delay it .They intentionally forget to mention my work. 2)We didn't get enough time to Work on any task,company is always in hurry to release product whatever its quality.Its one of the harmful things for company Since the Quality matters than quantity. 3)We work one some product we invest our and company's time for it and after its release we come to know that it was useless product since no one buys it. 4)We get paid for Working here for Specified time (8 hrs) we have our personal life we are not meant to work here for 16-20 hrs a day.Now you will say that "Complete you work in 8 hrs and leave home no one is stopping you".but if the time isn't enough for a given task how can we leave on time?. 5)At the time of your appraisal reasons are given which are not acceptable. 6)Increment that we get though its rare here is very very less. 7)I feel like stuck here since I have worked only for company not for me and can't switch at least for now wasted my 3 years guys please don't do mistake like this work for yourself not for company ,take benefit of my bad experience.But now I am working on it :). 8)Showoff works here but I hate it. 9)Management strongly feels that there are only one or two people who work.
