      Pros

      Pay was fair, benefits average. Co-workers were generally friendly and the work was usually interesting. They do award bonuses when times are good.

      Cons

      Boy's club management team is clueless at times, and in some cases abrasive. Things get tense when business is soft.

      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. I really enjoyed the work environment and my coworkers. Good leadership amongst the department heads. No BS type of leadership, so do your work, and you'll be appreciated. Good bonuses.
